Wildflower Therapy Practice offers compassionate, evidence-based counselling for young people and adults, with face-to-face sessions in the Blue Mountains and flexible telehealth options for wider communities. I support individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, workplace concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Drawing on approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, therapy is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and goals.
